Long bio

Rick Valentine is the founder of Arxus. At 45, he was 213 lbs, training hard, riding over 100 miles a week, and still getting softer. His standard labs came back within normal range. Comprehensive testing later found he was hypothyroid and his testosterone was lower than it should be. Rick paired that information with lifting, diet, and clinical care, then documented the changes through InBody scans. He is now 49 and 191 lbs. Before Arxus, Rick spent more than 10 years building customer acquisition systems, managed over $20 million in ad spend, and sold his agency in 2023. He also worked as an operator inside a men's health clinic, where he saw how the industry works from the inside. Arxus is the system he built to help other men get clearer answers faster. Licensed clinicians handle the medicine. Rick handles the operation.
